1. First we will discuss your book content, design, any ideas you have in mind (you don't need to have ideas, but I will always ask), and whether your book is needed by a specific date. I will email you with next steps, your invoice, and any book-specific instructions.

2. Orders are confirmed against full base payment. This will be via bank transfer/online payment link/Revolut.

3. I will send you a link to a Dropbox file to upload your material into so that I can access them to create your memory book (Google Drive is also an option if you prefer it). Unless agreed otherwise, the maximum number of photos accepted for any memory book is 400. It may be necessary to arrange to personally hand over any items that need to be scanned in. It is important to ensure that you have given me all the material you would like to include in the book as once the book is designed, it will not be possible to add more.

4. Throughout the design process, I will be in touch with you via WhatsApp, with any questions and updates.

5. Once the book is designed, I will send you a video of it in editing mode and you will be able to request minor edits if necessary. I will confirm with you that you are happy to send the book to print. If any payment for additional pages is due, this will be settled at this stage.

6. Sit tight. Your book will be with you in about 2 weeks.
